Joy of Giving (JoG)

Growing up, Thaddeus Bullard never got a Christmas gift. One day, he was handed a remote control car from a Boys & Girls Club toy drive. He loved that remote control car and even took it with him to college. He remembers the joy he felt in receiving a gift. Through our annual Joy of Giving event, students at Sligh Middle Magnet School, Foster Elementary, James Elementary, and Woodson K-8 get to bring their families to Sligh for a day of free food, festivities, fun, and of course, gifts.
